Martin is an Independent Teacher of Transcendental Meditation with The Meditation Trust. Having practiced various meditation techniques for over 30 years, I can honestly say that Transcendental Meditation (TM) is the easiest and most effective method for de-stressing, leading to inner peace and balance of mind and body.

TM has its origins in Vedic Science, dating over 5000 years. The teaching method has stayed the same over the years because it works. Taking daily time out to sit and meditate just gives you such an easier and more enjoyable day.
