Lucy and Daisy are going to make a Chicken Thai Green Curry, this includes Lucy Bee coconut oil, creamed coconut and coconut sugar.
Lucy is a 26-year old, CIBTAC qualified beauty therapist with a love of healthy living. Diagnosed as a coeliac at a young age, eating a well-balanced diet has always been important and has been the driving force behind Lucy Bee, a family run company. Lucy Bee is all about eating as close to nature as possible and finding the best quality foods that are Fair Trade and support our environment.
Daisy, Lucy’s sister, has obtained her Master’s degree in Public Health Nutrition, and is now a Registered Associate Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition. Daisy has also trained to become a Health and Wellbeing Coach for a Diabetes Prevention Programme in Hertfordshire. This is aimed at those who have been advised they’re at risk of developing Type 2 diabetes. The idea is to empower participants to make changes to their lifestyle.
